My host machine is Windows 7 Home Premium (English version) and guest virtual machine is Windows XP Pro (Chinese version). The virtual machine works normally and can be hibernated and turned off. But it cannot be shut down or restart. The shut down process freezes in the middle.

The internet connection of the virtual machine is automatically disconnected after a while of connection. Connection and disconnection alternate every severval minutes. However, the host machine's internet connection is always good without any problem. I am using wireless router for internet connection.
