Virtual Voicemail

We have an Electra Elite that has several "virtual" mailboxes set for sales people that are out of state. Everything is working fine right now (Can leave and listen to messages).

The problem is that we need to have a way to leave a voicemail in these mailboxes from within the office. If you try to intercom these extensions, there is no response (I think 'cause they don't really exist to the system).

Is there anyway I can set up these virtual extensions to be "accessed" from within the office to leave messages?

I am only just beginning ot learn this system so be patient hehe.

Yes you can! Just create your sales (CAR) extentions in 4-10. Then all call forward them using the front desk phone. Dial 47 then the CAR then the voicemail pilot.
