Virtual Terminal Access Error SSL Handshake error

I have CS1000M at 7.5.
I am trying to access the virtual terminal via element manager but when I click on connect, I get a pop up saying "SSL Handshake Error".

I am able to set up virtual terminal on my other PBX's over element manager, just not this particular site.

Can anyone offer any assistance?

Do you have PTY's built?

go into LD 37 and do a STAT

TTY 12 : DSBL DES: sudo
TTY 13 : DSBL DES: sudo

Yep, you have pty's built, 12 and 13. They will show dsbl until accessed.
