My client is set on install virtual servers across the board, including their livelink implementation.

I know that OT does not support this type of an installation, but has anyone ever done this for real in a production environment?

My options to sway the IT community against going down this track are pretty negligible, so I'd really like to know whet we can expect.

go to communities.opentext.com and read the scoop on virtualization by a veteran livelink architechture guru Dave Kinchlea. If after reading that you still fell thaht you would want to virtualize your production please do so.That article tells you why a production livelink cannot handle virtual cycles.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
