Virtual RaQ 3 sites

I am having a few problems I have just taken on a RaQ 3 and have set up a virtual site and it's DNS managment but when I ftp:\\mydomain.co.uk my ftp program does not find the site will I have to direct it to my servers IP address first ?<br><br>Andy
