I know this question has come up before, but I'm not sure if I understand the answer. I have a customer that has a BCM400 R4 with about 30 voicemail only users, he wants to be able to place DN to DN calls and just have the voicemail pick up. Presently when they call they just get the "not in service" message. What's the work around without having to hook up 30 phones?

They need to use Ftr980 to send a call/message to a Guest Mbox.

If there is no phone connected, you cannot call that (digital) extension ...
