Virtual Phone Set

I have created a virtual extension in Ld23 for one of our field sales agents. The number works fine but when a caller calls the number, it goes directly to v-mail (call pilot). Is there a way I can change the amount of time before it goes to mail? In other words, ring at least once or twice before going to mail?

We have an option 61c - release 25

In LD 15 under RDR_Data the prompts cfn0, cfn1 & cfn2 are defaulted to 4 rings for call foward no answer.

If the phantom phone is hard call forwarded then the caller will go to call pilot. If not it should follow FDN for ring no answer.

Set the phone for CLS = FNA and RCO (ring cycle option) to the desired setting to match the appropriate CFNx setting in LD 15.

Refer to NTP - Software feature guide 553-3001-306 "Call Foward No Answer / Flexible Call Forward No Answer" for more detail on how to set this up.
