Hi,

I need to set up virtual office and don't know the exact NTP to guide me through the setup process. They already have the packages, and I know the set-level CLS marks to set, but I'm sure Nortel requires something on the CDB level to be set. Right now, I don't get the SCPW prompt on my TN when programming.

Thanks everyone!

The Station Control Password Length (SCPL) feature is used to set a standard password length for phones used in a Virtual Office solution. This applies to phones that are configured as Host or Virtual phones. The standard password length should be set to seven digits.

***NOTE***
If a “SCH8885” error code is displayed, a SYS LOAD will be required before the changes take affect.

Thanks,

Thank you, Buddy. Turns out I didn't need to sysload the switch.
