Virtual Office "Phone Location Unknown" Error

Here's the deal...

We are using VO between to sites one opt81 & 61, both 5.0.

My question is when a DN/TN that resides in one location logs into the other system. The following continues to flash on the screen "Phone location unknown".

I know it has to do with the ECL or ERL or Dynamic ELIN. I just dont know how the associate with each other. All sets are 2004p2.

If i am missing any info that is needed to better answer my question, please let me know.

I was told this has something to do with E911 and that the following package would need to be installed. NTE95050 PKG 336 - ESA SUBNET LIS

I do not have that package, i'll look into that.
