Virtual Nupoint Issue

Hi Guys, We have a NUpoint server which is saying Nupoint services are not up yet we have tried a reboot but still the same.

When i try and sync the server it fails with the sync failed because the sync was broken before the operation completed.

I have tested internet access via Putty and this passes, any help would be very grateful.Thanks

A failed AMC synch would probably prevent the NP blade from starting up on the server. What do you see when you look at the service account ID/app record ID in AMC?

Ok thanks but at the moment i have not got access to there AMC records, on the server it says the last successful sync was 16th Jan 2014.

Do you think this is the issue....

Yes this is most likely your issue if the sync is failing. You may need to reset the hardware ID in AMC and then attempt another sync, that usually takes care of it.

Try deactivating your service account, sync then reactivate the service account and SYNC again.
