Virtual MBG 'License Key Expired'

Hi Guys,

We have a Virtual MBG that was installed for a customer but has never been used. They now want to use it. I checked the AMC account this morning and they have SWA active to 2016 but there is a flag to say 'License Key Expired'. Now I am assuming that this is possibly because it hasn't sync'ed to the AMC for a good while. Can anyone confirm that this is correct and also that syncing will remove the error?

Had one of these this weekend. License expiry for 568 days.

Once it sync'd it was fine.

Yep I will third that , syncing will fix it

Had a vmcd that was in license violation for same reason - sync had failed - once i got it to sync all was well again.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
