Virtual mailboxes and their limitations

Does anyone have experience with programming virtual mailboxes? It seems to only allow calls originating from outside the system that can then be transferred. I know virtual mailboxes aren't "supported" by Nortel except as a guest mailbox with limited functionality, but is it at all possible to have it work if it's an intercom call?

No. you can send a msg. to a guest mbox w Feature 980, and you can xfr a call w feature 986. no intercom access.
