I have a server running Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and it is hosting 4 virtual machines. The virtual machines keep loosing time. The server running Virtual PC has the exact time. This is a big problem as these machines need to run tasks at certain times. This is a domain environment so all hosts that are connected to the domain always have the exact time using the Windows Time service (W32Time) which syncs to the PDC on our domain.
Some websites have suggested to edit the .vmc file. I have tried adding this into the file but this has not fixed the problem:
"<components>
<host_time_sync>
<enabled type="boolean">false</enabled>
</host_time_sync>
</components>"
Any ideas??
