Virtual interface multiple IP question

We are looking to configure qmail-remote modifications that will take the custom “IP-Address” header value from the email message being sent out and according to the value of the header it should bind to the virtual interface that holds that ip address (we own a Class C.) It should then remove the IP-Address header before writing the email through the connection.

I have searched all over the net but haven't been able to find exactly what we need. If anyone can point us in the right direction that would be great.
