Gotta enable IPSI control of PNs
And in CM's webpage there's the server role/network config part.
Back in the day, you'd have PROCR on one NIC and IPSI control networks on other NICs - you could have 1 or 2.
You need to make in the NIC drop-down that it says "control networks and processor ethernet" or something.
