Virtual folders in IIS

Our web developer is having problems setting up virtual folders on her local machine (laptop).

She is pointing to a share on our NAS box - This server is not running IIS.
Our web server can connect to this virtual folder perfectly fine but the laptop cant.

The server is running IIS 6.0 and her local is running 5.1 on XP

All permissions are setup correctly by my self. Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with IIS so am stumped with this problem.

Any help appreciated
