Hi,

First of all many thanks to those of you who have provived me with help and information over the past few weeks. I do not know if Virtual Extensions are used on the Panasonic TDA15/30. Basically all the physical (wired) extensions are in use. However our DDI range is larger than the number of physical extensions available. What I would like to do is to set up some Virtual Numbers (this is a term form my Realitis programming work) so that if the extension is rung (either internally or externally via DDI) it immediately diverts to the associated home worker. I have gone through the manual- and am still looking. Is this possible?

Thanks and regards,

YoungCodger [bigglasses]

Many thanks, it now half works. An internal call "call forwards" correctly but an external one just rings somewhere. All the "call forward" settings are identical to a wired extension.

Thanks,

if you are using the program tool to fwd the extension make sure you do both internal and external fwd, or put a pin on the ps extension and then use another phone to fwd it using *47(ext no)(pin) *71029phonenumber#

also make sure the ps is in a cos to allow external fwd. if DDi is pointed to that extension it will go to external number

Many thanks "obtsystems". For some reason the DDI was pointed to another extension in an office that was unoccupied yesterday so the ringing went unnoticed!
