Virtual Extension VM Problems

Hi guys, first I want to say thanks, everyone here is really helpful.

Problem, running an SOE with 3.0.59 and VM Pro, I have two virtual users/extensions. If they call in after hours when the auto attendant picks up and then dial their extension and go through the normal steps to retrieve their mail remotely it works fine.

If they call in during the day when the receptionist is there and she transfers them to their extension, instead they get the auto attendant, but any choice they make disconnects them. Whats the easiest or best way to get them transferred to their vm boxes?

Check VM Pro Console for any actions setup on the users in question.

It sounds like someone has routed the users voicemail action to 'no where' for that user.
