Virtual Disk rebuild failed

[MSR63]

I am getting an Event ID: 544
Desc: PERC 3/Di Controller 01, Virtual Disk rebuild failed

Started on the 15th (after my web developer started working on stuff in that server). I know he had to start some
services - but not sure what he did.

Is it hardware or software related - I am not sure by the error.
