I would look at installing the Gateway Services for NetWare (GSNW) on the NT box. This allows you to have NetWare volumes and other NW resources available on the NT box. If it is NT4, it should work fine. I haven't done this with W2K, but think it would still work.
Not quite sure what you mean by a "virtual directory". Assuming you want IIS users to be able to access Novell apps and data, you will need edirectory -free (a #$%&*# to install) and assuming you do not want two logins you will need Account Manager and DirXML drivers (Not free). This allows one authenticiation for both platforms, but it is a devil to set up.
Thank you rjs and ChipsAhoy. I did get the virtual directory istalled using the info in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 285159. I can see the files in IIS, but I cannot access them or the directory from a web browser. I do have to be logged in to the server using a netware user in able to see the files/directories in IIS.
ChipsAhoy we do have edirectory and Account Manager.
