Virtual-Access interface

Hi,
We have an ISDN Interface configured for "ppp Multilink". This ISDN Line is configured as back up for the frame relay link.

When the serial link fails, the ISDN shoots up (working fine).But the Virtual-access interface keeps sending traps.

How do i disable traps from Virtual access interface.

Any inputs is appreciated.

Hi,
For those of you having the same problem as my previous post, i have found the solution fot it.

Use the following configuration,

Router(config)#virtual-profile virtual-template 1

Router(config)#interface virtual-template 1
Router(config-if)#ip unnumbered e0
Router(config-if)#no snmp trap link-status

verify this by doing a "debug snmp packet"
also "show interface virtual-access 1 config".

This would be the configuartion for just MLP and NOT Muti chasis MLP.
