Hi.

How is defined 7500 in WABE ?
ATND
ATNDIND/ACSU
or
ATNDDID

7777 is a normal station (analog,digital) or ?

To where 7777 is calling: intern, extern or ?
It happens for all calls (to intern & extern) ?
Is there any PUBNUM (7500) defined in SDAT of 7777 ?

7777 is configured ATNDDID

7500 is configured with ACSU for AC Win.

It happens in internal only, for outcall works properly with 7777

7777 is not configured with SCSU OR SBCSU...

please suggest for next

As previous its working fine" : can you give a good case example call scenario ?

What do you mean by: "for outcall works properly with 7777" ?
When operator calls from AcWin application to an external number, on the display of the external number, 7777 is shown ?

If I understood right, problem is that:
When operator calls from AcWin application to an internal number, on the display of the internal number, 7500 is shown.
And you want that on the display of the called internal number, 7777 to be shown instead (like in the case with calls to external numbers)?

Send an output for:
DISP-RUFUM;

Make a test for calls from AcWin to internal with :
CHANGE-ACSU:ATNDNO=0,PUBNUM=7777,TON=NATIONAL,NPI=ISDN;
or TON = SUBSCR

In my world 7777 would be the number OF the console in the system (We also use 0 for that - most people call 0), 7500 is assigned as the "personal" (IND) number of the console, and if you make internal calls with the console it will show them coming from 7500. If you make external calls from the console there is another field you can set, which is PUBNUM, that will show whatever number you want to the outside world (In MY Case: As long as that number is provisioned on the circuit the call goes out on. Which means either one of the DID numbers assigned to the circuit or what AT&T calls the "toll guide number" and others refer to as the SPID).

In my world, what you are describing is normal behavior. :)

7500 is not a "virtual number" like you say, it's the attendant's personal, individual number. There is nothing virtual about it.

7777 is the number of the attendant group, of which 7500 is a member, and so can answer calls to that group.

If you don't want internal extensions to see the attendant number, configure SATNDNO in ACSU to YES, secret attendant number.

I don't believe pubnum will work with internal calls.

Hi Team,

i set pubnumb 7777 for Internal calls but, pubnum not working with internal calls.

when i call ouside using PRI Line from Ac win Software it goes 022 22857777

but the internal call from AC Win Software goes with 7500

022 22857777 is my PRI Pilot Number Linkd with operator

now i want to call goes from AC Win Software to internal 7777....

As I said - PUBNUM is for outside calls. When you make inside calls with the attendant it will give out the personal number of the attendant (7500).

You would have to try that SATNDNO thing that Moriendi refers to and see if that works. If that doesn't work there isn't much you can do to change it that I know of.
