Viking Intercom Hookup

Can someone please help me set up a trunk group or station that I can use with Viking intercom W-2000A?

We are running CM 5.2.
Gateways 450

I have the device but I am not sure what kind of station or trunk to use. I tried to setup a co trunk but I am not sure about the port to use.

Any help is much appreciated.
