I've created several reports using the same ODBC connection.
Under options, I have Tables and Views selected.

The views no longer show up on the drop down list even after selecting them as visible under options.

Views can be seen with the same Username/password/server in SQL Plus and can be linked through access.

Is this a Crystal problem?

Hi,
Crystal seems to have no problem showing views..By 'no longer show up' do you mean that they once did?

BTW, providing Version, OS and database will aid in geting a good response.

They did show up.
Not anymore. Another person at work tried using his Crystal application to look for the views, and they didn't show up either.

Would it be the Oracle Database? I doubt it because I can link to the views in Access.

What do you mean by "Crystal Application" as opposed to "Crystal Reports"?

Hi,
We have 35 or 40 workstations that match your specs ( CR8.5, Oracle 9.2,W2K ) and all of them can see any views that they have rights to.

Check under the 'Options' for the drop-down, to insure that no entries are in the 2 boxes that allow specification of 'Table Name LIKE' and 'Owner LIKE' and
that you have checked Tables, Views and Synonyms.
