Hi,

First time using Outlook (used to Lotus Notes!)... how the hell do I get the calendar to only display working hours in 5 day view?

All 24 hours are displayed for each day where I really only need between 08:00 and 18:00 shown and at the moment I have to scroll down from 00:00 to get to the beginning of my day which is a pain.

Many thanks in advance.

From main Outlook window, go to Tools, Options, then click Calendar Options button. Off you go...

That lets you choose when your working day is - and changes the colour of your working hours. But the times from 00:00 to 08:00 are still displayed which is the problem. I really don't care about anything before 8am so that is when I want my calendar to start. What you have suggested simply highlights your working hours.

that's true, but by setting your time frame the calendar should center itself automatically whenever you click on it going forward. So, if you say your working hours are 9 to 5, then when you click on Calendar in a 5 day work week view, those hours should be in the middle of your view and highlighted. There is no way to remove the "off hours" completely.
