Hi all,
This probably an easy question however is there a way of viewing how many licences are being used from within Goldmine. I know in HEAT you can enter the administrator module and see who is currently logged in

Hello

Log into Goldmine w/Master Rights.From the main menu... File | Configure | Goldmine Licenses.

That will tell you how many licenses you have.

To see how many are being used... ( I don't think this is the official way, but it is accurate)

Go to your GMBase directory. This should contain all of your user INI files. Copy them locally into a new window and sort by "Modified" date. This will tell you who is using that exe.

There may be another way, but I know doing it that way is accurate. I don't think "File | Configure | Users settings | checking logged flag" is.
