Viewing users mailbox properties

Hey everyone! Hopefull this is a simple solution. When I go into the exchange system manager and go to view users mailboxes, I can see anything and get a message that says, "No properties are available on this object". Anybody have any ideas as to why? This happens if I run from the server or any workstation running ESM. Needless to say that viewing users properties is pretty important so I'd thought I'd check the brains in here before calling MS.

You need to go into Active Directory Users and Computers to view the properties that are set for their mailbox.

Sorry that was a lame answer. Go into AD Users and Computers then go to the Users container.

Right click on a user name and left click on properties.

From here you can see Mailbox tabs such as email addresses, etc.....
