Seems like a simple question but one I can't seem to look up anyway.

I want to know how I can see the TTL for TCP and UDP packets on my NT 4 network.

I don't know why I can't figure out how to do this myself but I'm having a heck of a time trying. Any help would be appreciated!

ps I'm also curious if my Switch could be affecting these 2 values before it sends my packets into the great wide world so if anybody knows a way to get this info from a Cisco switch I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

try microsoft network monitor that is in nt4.0
u will be able to get a lot ofinformation about each type of packet
