Viewing Temp Internet files

I am looking for a way to veiw the temporary internet files that are stored on a MAC. I am looking for times and dates that certain websites were accessed. On a PC you are able to list these items including website, time and date. I can then print a screen shot of these items. Is there any way to do this on a MAC?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
