Viewing Source in IE 5.X

I am unable to view source on any webpages (even my own) by right clicking and selecting "View source" I don't get an error message just nothing happens. It's as if the program doesn't know what to do.

Even when I look under View --> Source from the menu bar, nothing happens

Anyone know why?

Hi,

Try going to TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>PROGRAMS and make sure that you have a program associated with HTML editing, normally notepad.

If you don`t have one associated then the browser doesn`t know what to do...

If IE has broken itself you can run a self fix.

Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Internet Explorer.
