HI,

I have an HTML page which executes a Crystal Enterprise Report using IIS. When I try to display the report using javascript, it treats it as a 'File Download' and asks do you want to 'Open, Save etc' instead of executing the report.

What is the problem? I am frustrated..

Hi Jraheja,

I am also having the same problem while trying to view the reports in the webbrowser. when i type the url and press enter, it is asking to save or open the report. I am using the CR 11 and crystal server pages 11.

I tried from the above link ShortyA provided but of no use. Can you please let me know, if you have solved this problem.

Thankyou,
Reddy.

You'll get more action with a new post as this one is long since dead.

Also state what you have installed including the edition of Crystal.

Perhaps you meant the Crystal Reports Server XI as opposed to Crystal Reports Pages 11?

Check out:

and for Crystal Server Pages:
