Viewing Reports in ReportViewer

Need some help on using ReportViewer.
I have to reports built. When someone clicks on a button, I want to determine what report to show in the ReportViewer.

How can you do this?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
by passing the report object, or the name of the report to the reportviewer. I'm sure if you google the name of the object you will find guidance on how to do this.
