Viewing Recipient Properties in an Address List

Mailboxes that have been migrated to an exchange 2003 environment no longer can view properties off the global address list through their Outlook client.

checked default templates in system manager - and their is no choice - English for instance.

Another article from ms 313962 talks about modifying the default templates, cannot find anything on populating the templates to make a choice.

If the user's account is still in 5.5 properties are viewable, only the users in 2003 are not viewable.

Any ideas would be appreciated...

Reply to myself - Found the fix for this - Run forestprep again and the properties page appears from the Outlook client.
