Viewing Public Folders

Can anyone tell me if its possible / or if there is an application out there to view/read public folders without having Microsoft Office installed?

Thought about that but ideally I only want to give them access to the shared calendar within a public folder.

Okay, so.... Outlook Web Access? You can set permissions on every public folder.
