viewing pictures in outlook

When I get a mail with attachments (say Jpg) I click on the email and open it up and all I see is file icons for the attachments. I want to open the mail and see the actual pictures in the mail. How do I do this?

Have you tryed double clicking on the file icons, usually this works.

Thanks, but what I'd really like to do is to open the email and have the actual pictures displayed in the mail. Just like in outlook express.
