Hello all,

I have a form where the user clicks a button on the page and it brings up a PDF in acrobat reader on the same page. The problem with this is that once I'm in the Acrobat plug-in the browsers back button is disabled because IE thinks I've never left my first page.

My first thought is once the user clicks the button to redirect the user to a second aspx page that brings up the PDF. However, I'm wondering if it could be done all within one page.

Thanks,
Bob

Looks like you're on the right track. Create another "PDF viewer" page and redirect to it, probably having a file name or some other kind of identificator of the pdf to view in the query string. Then extract it in the "viwer" page and display the file in it. This should enable the Back button.
