Hi All,

We are currently having a problem where one of our users has shared his mailbox with Publishing Editor rights to his secretary. She can see all of his Inbox, Calender etc fine, yet in tasks its missing selected ones - approx 1/5th of the tasks. In his tasks there is about 10 task subfolders - the missing tasks are spead across these.

Ive tried to access the mailbox from the administrator account and adding his mailbox but its the same as the secretaries. If I logon to outlook as the user the tasks are still all there perfectly.

There are no filters applied and ive tried it on 2 machines, so im stumped ... any clues??

Cheers Guys...and gals :)

Chris

Dumb question: Has he marked these tasks as PRIVATE in the lower right corner? That usually keeps things from showing up.

Here's hopeing for the simple fix. Tom Backus

If I understand this correctly the client created subfolders underneath the TASKS folder. Delegate permissions are not passed on to subfolders (if that is what they did) so this set up will not work. joegz
