I have Outlook 2000 with Windows 2000 Pro. I have multiple accounts set up in one Inbox. Tools...Accounts on the menu. Is there any way that I can automatically have sorted and identifed in the Inbox the account an email was sent to? Gary

I have looked at rules but can only find Snder / To fields which would be any use. If I use this in a rule then i treats everyones friendly name for my email address as a different email address or account. Gary

You could set the rule up to search for specific words in the recipient's address and just type in the address. Or set your other email addresses up as contacts and choose sent to people or distribution list.
