Viewing HTML emails in Office 97

A lot of my users are still on Office 97, and when they recieve an email of a web page it only shows the links in the body not the actual page as it's displayed on Office 2k or XP. Is there a setting/service/service pack within Office 97 that can be added so when they receive a web page email it actually shows the web page?
