Hi All

we have a holiday calendar where we list all employees who are off each day as an all day event

The problem we have is that unless we are using a really high resolution we can only see some of the entries on particularly "heavy" dates

Does anyone know how we can change this so that the entire list is displayed

Jacqui

You could change the view to "event" instead of "day/week/month

Only way I know of is to switch from Month view to Day view. Not good for seeing the big picture but don't know of any choice in Outlook.

Thanks for the prompt responses

It is Outlook and it is a mixture of 2002 and 2003

We are already on day view and changing it to event view didn't work as we also have the whole companies birthdays listed

I've tried reproducing your problem but haven't been able to. How many entries constitute a heavy day for you?

You can customise the "event" view to show only all day events for "today". Also you could add each holiday entry to a "holidays" category and then customise the view to display only the holidays category. Or cusomise the view to search for the keyword "holiday" in the text of the entry.
