Viewing emails from a certain sender

Hi there,

I'm just wondering if in exchange 2003 server can extract all the emails that was sent from a particular email that was already sent to recipient's mailboxes? i was able to track the message history using the Message Tracking Center but i need to be able to read the exact email that was sent. is this possible? if not what solution do i need to implement to track all our emails regardless where is coming from.
