Hi
I am very frustrated with this latest problem that I have encountered in using a lookup table in my db. I am using Access97- Im not a programmer, still pretty new to Access. I have used a lookup table in my table where the lookup table has two fields, name and address (address is all one field)When I try to view this in my query or report, I only see the name data, not the address. I am not sure why. In my FORM I have used a combo box and created two seperate fields for my users to enter data in so I can see the address info, but not sure how to make it work in query and report. Any help would be great! Thanks! :)

I'm taking a shot in the dark.

Does the address data have carriage returns and/or line feeds in it. If yes, is the text box on the form able to show multiple lines?

You can set the "Can Grow" property for a text box on a report to Yes allowing the text box to accomodate multiple lines or longer text. Terry
