I need to know whow can I view a crystal report in a web browser.

what version of Crystal????

what web server?

what OS?

go to Crystal support web sit to search, there are tons of samples about this. This is the very first step doing crystal report. you may need to figure out by yourself. It maybe not easy, but really necessary and useful.
