viewing bcm logs and operational measurements

Hi there.

I have to go through the Error Logs and Operational Measurements for various types of BCM's. I download the logs to my computer, but when I unzip them, the files are just jibberish, which lends me to believe there is some viewer for them.

Going through this site, I keep seeing a mention of a BCM Log Browser, however I can't find anywhere on Avaya (Nortel's) site to download this.

Does someone know where I can find this or is there some other way to view the files?

Thanks for the response.

Under which menu? I can't seem to see it... but then I am pretty much blind having spent far too much time in front of computers, routers, etc...

Do you mean the "View Element Logs" under the file menu?
