We do not have a static IP ... we are using dyndns with a ddclient for the IP update .. thought I would start with that.

I would appreciate any help with this. I have installed linux (rh 7.3) and I am trying to view apache through a browser from remote machines (outside of my house). I am unable to view the apache index page, but I am able to view through lynx. ????

When I installed resin, I was able to view the resin index page, but I had other issues with the server, so I am trying to switch. The open port is 8080 ... and to make things even more strange, I am able to view the apache index page from specific computers ... but not my main system at home. What can be so different between resin and apache that one is viewable, and the other not. Maybe I am missing some configuration somewhere?

Please help.
