Viewing a Word Doc

When opening a Word 2002 invoice document in Oo_O2.0 the header information appears as a small box with just a graphic and missing quite a bit of info. Is there a setting in Oo_O2.0 that needs to be checked to view all header info from a Word doc? Thanks for your help.
