I am trying to view a crystal report through internet explorer which is called in a VB application that I have. The actual report does load and is viewable, but only a few times. Once I try and view the report 3-6 times, it crashes and I get the error message:

Crystal Report Viewing Log On
"The Web Component Server could not log you on to the APS."
It then prompts for a username and password.

Any ideas on how to get around this??

Thanks-

Sounds like your testing has consumed all of the available licenses on the server.

You could restart the Web Component Server to release all licenses. You may also want to add the command line switch -DefaultSessionTimeout x (x = numeric value for minutes) to the WCS command line in the Configuration Manager.

The default session timeout is 20 minutes.
