Viewing 2 USB cameras at once

Does anyone know how I can view 2 USB cameras on the one camera separate image boxes on my application (using VB6)?
I want to have them showing when I start the application without having to select them.

Most examples I have tried work with one camera but I have to select the second camera on a drop down list that seems to be part of the DLL.
