Our VFP 7.0 App resides on a CITRIX server farm. The VFP App opens up a CrystalReports9.0 viewer window. The Report in question has text in the OCR Extended font (OCREXT.TFF). The text shows correctly in the viewer. When saved as a PDF from the viewer, the PDF saves correctly and can be printed by the remote user. When the remote user trys to print the report directly from the viewer, the OCR font changes to a different font (I'm guessing the default font for the printer).

1) It works fine on all of our "in house" machines, even through the CITRIX application.
2) The OCREXT.TFF font exists in the WINDOWS\FONTS folder on all machines (in house AND remote).
3) The end user can use the OCR Extended font in their local version of WORD and print to their printer in that font successfully
4) We've installed the remote user's print driver directly on the citrix box... it didn't change anything

This is a shot in the dark.....

I had a similar issue before and I believe I fixed it by installing the PCL 5 driver of the printer, instead of using PCL 6.

no solution yet :(. One thing I found is that it's not limited to the crystal viewer. It appears to have something to do with any citrix run ap. We set up access to Excel on the citrix box and tried it there. The font shows fine in the preview but when it prints out, it switches the font. Additionally, we've played with the advanced properties on the print screen. Even there, it says that it can/is passing the TTF to the client printer, but it still doesn't seem to work.
