Viewer.aspx error when previewing a report from ASR

Did anyone have insight or resolution to a similar issue seen in this thread? When a report is previewed locally on a server, the report viewer pops up but then attempts to download the Viewer.aspx file instead of displaying the webpage (image attached). This issue presented itself when a remote support agent from Oracle remoted into one of our locations to fix a posting issue to MyMicros.
